Wow, this is an easy platform to get something going right away without worrying or spending time for deployment. Heroku is an online hosting provider for Ruby on Rails applications. I am using it for my projects and it’s great. Easy to use and works flawlessly.

Man, i got scared when i looked at the time i need to wait for this to complete. All i wanted to do is to copy a file on a Wireless (n) Network for 388MB. Somebody at Microsoft need to go back to Elementary School to fix the Math confusion.

I stumbled upon a site where there is not click operation at all. I wondered how much i was initially bothered getting used to something after a while. It’s really nice to see an interface like that and also there will be a possibility to see a different pointing device. i can see now that it’s little difficuly. But cetainly possible.

To use the disk option provided with Apple Extreme Base Station, First format the disk and mount it on your mac. Goto terminal and do the following command:

$ touch .com.apple.timemachine.supported

This creates the file which Time machine recognizes as a disk which is usable for backup puroses. Then, you can proceed to do the backup yourself.
