I got this new update today. I installed it with that huge 160MB update. After that it restarted few times and reimaged my firmware. So, after the install, the phone needed to be disconnected and reconnected to get reactivated. I saw few new languages appear at the bottom of the phone.
i haven’t seen any visible changes to the interface. I will keep adding information here.
